Careers
Do meaningful work. Be supported to do it well.
We recruit for values first and support people to build the skills around them. If you take the work seriously, we would like to hear from you.

What we look for
The things that matter most to us
Reliability
Arriving when agreed, prepared, and letting us know early if something changes.
Kindness with boundaries
Warmth and patience alongside clear professional judgement.
Accurate records
Clear notes so the next person supporting someone knows what happened.
Speaking up
Raising concerns promptly — we would always rather hear something early.
Care work done properly — and properly supported.
