Complaints

How to raise a concern or make a complaint about our services.

Tell us early

If something is not right, please tell us. Most concerns are resolved quickly by talking to the person coordinating the care. We would always rather hear about a problem early than find out later.

How to make a complaint

You can raise a complaint by telephone, by email, or by writing to us at our address. Please tell us what happened, when it happened, who was involved and what you would like us to do about it.

What we will do

We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it properly and write to you with the outcome and any action we are taking. If we got something wrong, we will say so.

If you are still unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the local authority commissioning the care, where applicable, or with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman for adult social care complaints in England.

Safeguarding

If you believe someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the police on 999. Safeguarding concerns can also be raised with the adult safeguarding team at the relevant local authority.
