For care providers

Temporary healthcare staffing, matched rather than allocated

Cover for care homes, supported living providers and community services — staff put forward because they suit the shift, not simply because they are free.

Roles we supply

The people we can put forward

Each role is filled by someone whose experience and checks match the setting.

  • Healthcare Assistants

Day-to-day personal care and support in residential, nursing and community settings.

  • Support Workers

Practical and social support for people living with a range of needs, in line with each provider's plans.

  • Senior Healthcare Assistants

Experienced staff able to take a lead within a shift and support less experienced colleagues.

  • Senior Support Workers

Senior cover for supported living and community services where added responsibility is required.

Temporary should never mean lower standards.

Cover is only useful if the person arriving understands the setting, the people and the expectations of the shift.

Compliance

Checks completed before anyone is placed

Compliance is not paperwork we catch up on later — it is completed before a first shift and reviewed on an ongoing basis.

  • Identity verification

We confirm identity documents before anyone is put forward for a shift.

  • Right to Work

Right to Work in the UK is checked and recorded in line with Home Office guidance.

  • DBS checks

An appropriate DBS check is obtained for the role being undertaken.

  • Employment history

We review employment history and ask about gaps as part of the recruitment conversation.

  • References

References are requested and reviewed before assignments begin.

  • Training and competencies

We check training relevant to the role, and record competencies declared and evidenced.

  • Professional registration

Where a role requires professional registration, we verify it is current before any placement.

  • Interview and suitability

Every applicant has a suitability conversation before joining the team.

  • Ongoing compliance

Compliance records are reviewed on an ongoing basis, not only at the point of joining.

How it works

From request to shift

Availability matters. Suitability matters more.

  1. 01

    Request

Tell us the role, setting, dates and hours you need covered.

  2. 02

    Review

We check the requirement against experience, competencies and location.

  3. 03

    Match

We put forward staff we consider suitable for the shift, not simply available.

  4. 04

    Confirm

You receive confirmation of who is attending and when.

  5. 05

    Attend

Staff arrive prepared, introduced to your expectations for the service.

  6. 06

    Stay connected

We follow up so recurring requirements get easier over time.
