We collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this website. Depending on the form, that may include your name, contact details, the postcode of the person needing support, details of the support being requested, employment information and a CV.

We ask you to share only the information needed at enquiry or referral stage. Please do not send detailed medical records through this website.

When you submit a form, the details are sent from this website to our own web server and then emailed to our team over an authenticated, encrypted connection. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.

To protect the forms from automated abuse, our server briefly records a short-lived session identifier and a shortened, non-identifying record of the network address the submission came from. These records are used only to limit repeated submissions and are discarded automatically.

Once received, your message is held in our email account and handled under the retention periods set out below. A CV sent with a job application is attached to that email and is not kept on the website server.

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we are able to provide the support requested, process a referral or consider a job application.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries about our services), taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and consent where you have given it. Where special category data such as health information is involved, we rely on the additional conditions relating to the provision of health and social care.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with our email provider and hosting provider as part of delivering and storing your message, and with professionals involved in a person's care where that is necessary and appropriate.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Care records and recruitment records are kept in line with the retention periods that apply to health and social care providers and employers.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information in certain circumstances, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where consent is our basis for using it.
